Keyboard Shortcuts -becoming skilled at using keyboard shortcuts can help you to quickly accomplish many of the tasks that you perform frequently in Word.
Create a list of keyboard shortcuts by scrolling over each Word icon on the ribbon in the Home Tab.
If a keyboard shortcut is available for a command, then it is listed in the ScreenTip for that command.
Open a Word document and create a two-column table
Write the command in the first column and the keyboard shortcut in the second column.
Use Word default settings (font style to Calibri, font size to 11pt and "Spacing - After" to 10pt and Line Spacing to "Multiple - 1.15")

Selecting Text - Word pages 10-11
Formatting Text Using the Mini Toolbar - Word pages 12-13 - revise the document from Word pages 6-7
Save as "Vietnam Tour Memo" and email to teacher.
In Word, use "File", then "New" to find templates for Faxes
Creating a Document Using a Template - Word pages 14-15
Viewing and Navigating a Document - Word pages 16-17,
Save as "Wim Fax" and email to teacher.

It’s important to write your letter in proper business letter format. Add any additional information to the letter that you might need.
Right click on your name at the top and bottom of letter and "Remove Content Controls" before you save.
When you have completed the letter, save with the filename: Request Interview Letter.
Preview the letter in Print Preview.
Email the letter to the teacher (Subject: Request Interview Letter)
